Football club management · schedules, match time and goals | ClubLog
Football club management begins with coordinating pitch access, attendance, goalkeepers and substitutions. ClubLog supports team schedules, attendance responses and eleven-player football recording. A designated recorder confirms both sides and records awarded goals, match time and progress through the halves.

Prepare the pitch, goalkeepers and match duration
Add the pitch, start time and opponent to the schedule and review attendance responses. Organizers should separately confirm pitch access and participants, then share goalkeeper roles, positions and substitution arrangements. For a shortened game, both sides should first agree on half lengths and how play ends, and confirm decisions such as offside with the person responsible on site.
- Add the pitch, start time, opponent and attendance response deadline to the football schedule.
- Confirm participants and goalkeepers, then agree on positions, substitutions and the recorder.
- Check the eleven-player format, both sides, actual half lengths and how play will end.
- Enter awarded goals and compare clock and half states with play.
- After the end-of-play decision, check the final score and entered goals, cards and substitutions.
Record awarded goals and actual progress through the halves
Select the eleven-player format and confirm your team and opponent. The app defaults to two 45-minute halves; the recorder aligns the clock and half changes with play. Enter goals after they are awarded, and record only confirmed cards and substitutions. Confirm the on-site end-of-play decision before treating the game as finished when the app clock runs out.
Questions about club management
Which football format can I record in ClubLog?
The current dedicated football preparation format is eleven-player football. Its default duration is two 45-minute halves. Agree on shortened match lengths and substitution conditions before play and compare them with available app settings. Also confirm actual participant numbers and the applicable match rules before recording.
Does the football match end when the app clock runs out?
Confirm the actual on-site progress and end-of-play decision. The recorder aligns the clock and half changes and enters only awarded goals. Judging added time or stoppages solely from the app display can leave the record out of step with the game.
Does ClubLog decide football offside or handball calls?
The referee or the person agreed on before play decides offside and handball. ClubLog’s match record handles entered facts such as confirmed goals, cards and substitutions. Resolve a disputed incident through the on-site decision, then record the confirmed outcome.
