Sports club management app · schedules and match recording | ClubLog

ClubLog is an app for recreational sports club operations, schedules, attendance, match recording and team communication. This guide explains supported recording formats and session preparation for volleyball, basketball, football, tennis, badminton and baseball. Check the venue, participants and match arrangements set by organizers alongside the scores and events entered in the app. Sport-specific numbers are app defaults, not complete competition rules.

Questions about club management

What kind of sports club management app is ClubLog?

ClubLog supports team schedules, attending, undecided and unavailable responses, match recording and team communication. This guide covers six-player and nine-player volleyball, five-player basketball, eleven-player football, tennis singles and doubles, badminton singles, doubles and mixed doubles, and nine-player baseball. Dedicated recording formats vary by sport, so check the match format as well as the team’s sport.

How do I sign up and start managing club schedules and attendance?

Use the email or Kakao option offered on the login screen, then create a team or join with an invitation code from an organizer. Owners, administrators and coaches with schedule permissions can add dates, times, venues, opponents and response deadlines. Members respond as attending, undecided or unavailable. Schedule dates and times use Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9). Organizers separately confirm venue access and actual participant arrangements.

Where can I check club information sharing and member privacy?

See the privacy policy and account and data deletion guide for information handling and deletion procedures. Public team introductions are private by default. When organizers approve content and create a share link, anyone with the link can read that approved content without logging in. Review it before sharing. Optional usage analytics are sent only from consenting devices, and consent can be withdrawn in settings.

Can I use ClubLog on the web and Android?

ClubLog provides a web service and an Android app. Use a browser for web access or the Android app. Public sport guides can be read without a login or team; team operations require login and relevant permissions. Check each screen’s available features before assuming both platforms are identical. Team subscriptions are designed for status viewing on the web and purchases and restoration in supported Android builds.

Where can I purchase Team Pro, and is checkout available now?

Team Pro is described as a subscription for a selected team, designed for purchases and restoration by an owner or administrator in a supported Android build. New paid purchases are currently unavailable. Future availability depends on store products, billing configuration and the subscription screen’s state. Web users can view subscription status. Check the team subscription screen’s current guidance for checkout availability and terms.
